What is Recruitment?
Recruitment is the mutual selection process by which sororities and potential members select the chapter in which they feel is the best fit.
Should you choose to go through Recruitment you will attend events with each Panhellenic sorority on campus, meeting members, learning about each chapter and their social and service activities, and become acquainted with sorority life. It is also an opportunity to ask questions, define financial obligations, time commitments, and membership requirements.

Recruitment is the best time of the year! Finally you get to find your next place to call home. SDT can’t be more excited to welcome new sisters into our chapter.
Speaking for not only myself, but my sisters as well, each and every one of us can tell you all amazing stories from our recruitment experience, which eventually formed a sisterhood. Going through recruitment, is one of the most memorable moments in your life that you will take with you forever, wherever.
When you Go Greek you find yourself in a place where you are encouraged everyday to be the best person you can be. As you begin this new journey in your life, I hope you find the next place you can call home.
